It all started when Dave Kinzinger and Chuck Rice saw Peoria’s need for an entertainment rental company and decided to bring more fun to Central Illinois. Fun on the Run officially launched on April Fool’s Day in 1996 — and we haven’t looked back since!
Dave took full ownership in 1998 and grew the company into the largest inflatable rental company south of Chicago. Nearly 30 years later, Fun on the Run remains a family business. In 2025, Dave’s son Adam began taking over operations, continuing the same commitment to fun, service, and community for the next generation.
